Try to stop thinking negative thoughts about yourself. If you're used to focusing on your shortcomings, start thinking about positive aspects of yourself that outweigh them. When you catch yourself being too critical, counter it by saying something positive about yourself. Each day, write down three things about yourself that make you happy.
I tend to thing negatively on everything I do in my life mostly on my grades at school. If I would to think positively, im sure I can speak out more in class and be get better grade.
Set goals. Think about what you'd like to accomplish, then make a plan for how to do it. Stick with your plan and keep track of your progress.
I think I never set any goals on whatever I do which makes me off task sometimes. If I would to set a goals, I think I can manage my self even better.
Exercise! You'll relieve stress, and be healthier and happier.
I barely do sports. Most of the time im infront of my computer playing games or doing homework. I train my self everyday but not much as doing sport. I think by doing some sports can get rid of some stress and could refresh my mind.

Wellness Line
I guess Im regularly healthy since i scored 17 out 20 which is quite high. I've scored pretty low on nutrition but I am generally health on rest of the others. I don't exercise a lot but instead, always train my self at least 15min every day which is keeping my body fit. I also eat lots of salad at dinner so that I can gain balanced nutrition off all the food I eat.
